  1. Ensuring that client requests are handled timely and accurately.
  2. Directing and controlling the processing of orders, fielding clients inquires and resolving client complaints
  3. Performing research to identify potential clients.
  4. Receiving visitors and attend to their Enquires
  5. Managed and closed client businesses for profitability.
  6. Taking minutes and reports during staff meetings.
  7. Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  8. Sending and replying to confidential emails; inbound and outbound.
  9. Handling internal and external requests efficiently.
  10. Providing administrative services and meeting deadlines of demands
  11. Preparing and distributing invoices and following on Clients for payment.
  12. Filing relevant and confidential documents, deposit slips, post-dated cheques for record-keeping
  13. Recording and entering transactions for the day using various accounting software.
  14. Assisting the external accountant in the preparation of bank reconciliation and yearly financial statements.
  15. Handling of office petty cash.
  16. Assist in developing proposals

 

The Ideal Candidate
He/She must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications, backup solutions, imaging solutions.
He must have the ability to implement quick and effective solutions to network problems, and escalate issues whennecessary.

IT Support Engineer

  • Provide desk-side and telephone IT support to users, for PCs, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Provide all aspects of desktop hardware/software support including moves, adds, changes, replacing hard drives, and re-imaging.
  • Monitor and respond to assigned trouble tickets. Update tickets with status.
  • Ensure LAN/INTERNET connectivity and quick resolution of desktop/network anomalies to ensure 7-day continuous support, staff may be required to work on a rotational basis for weekends or on occasion after work hours
  • Ensure that all multimedia tools such as Projectors, Camera, and Audio tools are ready for all Tele-meetings
  • Serve as the primary administrator for employee workstations within the corporate environment:
  • Develop, update and maintain operating system images for company-wide deployment
  • Manage and execute client software deployments using available system management utilities
  • Automate repeatable tasks using scripting technologies to streamline operations and increase usability
  • Research, test, and deploy software packages for enterprise deployment
  • Ensure endpoint workstations maintain compliance with applicable regulatory regimes
  • Serve as an advanced technical resource for escalation of complex hardware and software issues
  • Support and maintain a range of computer and telecommunications equipment
  • Recommend and execute initiatives geared toward departmental process improvement
  • Communicate with other IT Support resources and vendor support teams to escalate advanced issues and ensure swift resolution
  • Maintain current knowledge of technological trends and news relevant to hardware, software, training, and processes of the IT Support team
  • Ensure that all cloud connectivity tools such as Google Apps amongst others are up and functional for the business continuity of the Client.
  • Must be a fast-paced learner
  • Manage/monitor, server shared folders, communication and conferencing equipment, backup and storage systems
