The Client is an international University with an academic center in Accra, capital of Ghana. The Client offers various courses such as arts, literature, communication, journalism, media, anthropology, history, politics, global public health, and sociology. Tuition is done both on site by local professors and remotely by faculty from New York. Remote teaching requires a robust IT infrastructure with minimal downtime.

LIRANZ PROVIDES MANAGED IT SERVICES FOR THE CLIENT

We currently provide 24X7 IT SUPPORT and 24X7 NETWORK MONITORING for all the client’s IT Infrastructure for live lecture session and administrative work. We station a full time, onsite Engineer as well as remote help desk support for over 700 students, teaching and non- teaching staff.

Our managed services broadly includes supporting END USER DEVICES, APPLICATIONS(ACADEMIC AND ADMINISTRATION APPLICATIONS) , WIFI AND CCTV.

The updating and expansion of the existing private wide area network (WAN) that connects all sites securely and prioritizes applications and traffic as desired.
The sourcing and supply of new hardware across all sites. The hosting and provision of business critical applications from our secure private cloud.
Improved management of tablets and smart phones within the organization.
